Returns & Refunds

 

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Go to My Account and select the Orders link.

  3. Find the product you want to refund and click the Refund link.

  4. Once you submit the request, one of our agents will contact you to process it. If you accidentally click the refund link, you can cancel the request before it is accepted.


If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete at the time of delivery, please submit a return request on our website within 5 days from the date of delivery.

 

Valid Reasons to Return an Item:
  • The product is damaged (e.g., physically destroyed or broken) or defective (e.g., unable to switch on).

  • The product is incorrect (e.g., wrong product, size, color, fake item, or expired).

  • The product does not match the description or picture (e.g., product not as advertised).

 
Conditions for Returns
  1. The product must be unused, and without any flaws. 
  2. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer's packaging/box.  Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging / box.
  3. It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.

If your product is eligible for a refund, the amount paid for the returned product, including the shipping fee, will be refunded to your card.

Refund processing typically takes 7 to 10 days for debit/credit cards after the product has passed quality control, which may take 1 to 2 working days.

Important Note: The Voucher discount code can only be applied once. The leftover amount will not be refunded or used for next purchase even if the value of order is smaller than voucher value.
